I like crocheting, board games, puzzles, movies, & music, especially those from 1940 to 1965. I prefer to watch movies at home verses going to the theatres, for me it is much cozier and more relaxing.
I am not an outdoors person; I do not like the heat, dirt, or bugs YUK !! Although, I do like flower beds I have none because I do not have enough time or energy to take care of them these days.
The most like about being out doors is sitting on a screened in porch or taking a ride in the country. Sometimes we find nice little towns where they have good family type restaurants and I like that kind of atmosphere better. |

I am a 62 year old divorcee. I am a white, American born, 100%U.S.A. Citizen, Christian woman, and a Republican. I live with and take care of my 80 year old mother. Since I am the only one to take care of my mother I do not go out very often. So I play games on the net from time to time. I usually do Scrabble or other word games.
We have one 14 year old poodle named Sugar. I got her in 1996 while I was still married to my ex who passed away Christmas night 2008.
We also have a cat that came to us in the summer of 2000. She had already had 1 litter of kittens so I am guessing she was about 9 months old then which would make her about 10 years old now. Because she had another litter of kittens right after we got her, we started calling her Mama Cat and the name stuck even though my mother has had her spade. |
